Trapped by a curse…

Ariadnne, one of the last vestiges of an ancient fae race, is owned by a mercenary Guild. A weapon, whether she likes it or not. When a vast human army marches on the fae, Ariadnne is summoned to take care of the threat, but rumour has it the humans are fleeing an unspeakable evil, leading Ariadnne to question both her orders and the Guild who issued them. What she needs is someone willing to listen.

Escaping the past…

Nieve is  a knight busy making a name for herself. Fighting to forget, she owes the Guild everything for taking her in. When she’s invited to join Ariadnne’s company, Nieve questions whether she wants to work with who is supposed to be the most difficult warrior in the Guild. A twist of fate encourages her to take the leap, and she soon realises Ariadnne is not the person she’s been led to believe.

A love that could kill…

The one thing they must not do is fall for each other, but there’s something about Nieve that pulls Ariadnne in, and soon their worlds are changing with a love utterly forbidden. Their only hope is for Ariadnne to earn her freedom, but is that freedom worth the price,  if that price is her life?
